I saw this commercial on TV the other day and knew what this week’s journal activity would be about! Give this Nike Commercial with LeBron a watch and then on to your journal activity for the week.

First, write about how you REALLY view pressure.
Next, analyze what you wrote about pressure. Is your viewpoint an ASSET or LIABILITY in your mental game?
Finally, write about how you could change your view of pressure to be an ASSET when you face it…because if you want to compete at a high level, pressure is part of the deal and you need to EMBRACE IT!
