Many of the mental hurdles that we battle in life we’ve programmed ourselves by the choices we make. Sure how we were raised, taught, and coached have a huge impact on our inner coach voice. But those things are out of our control. Once we take responsibility for the choices we are making, which we do control, the sooner we can start to REWIRE our brain!
