I came across this the other day and thought it was a great image of what often separates GREAT athletes from GOOD athletes. GREAT athletes seem to demonstrate GREAT consistency.

YOU THROW A BUCKET OF WATER ON A ROCK AND IT DOESN’T DO ANYTHING. YOU LET A DROP OF WATER FALL ON TO A ROCK EVERY DAY AND IT CREATES A HOLE. CONSISTENCY BEATS INTENSITY.
